Terms and Conditions

1. What this website does

This website displays our fleet and our prices. It does not take payment and it does not create a binding booking. A rental exists only once we have confirmed it to you directly and you have signed the rental agreement at handover.

2. Prices

Prices shown are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), include local taxes, and are per vehicle. They may change without notice and are subject to availability. Seasonal rates apply on some vehicles and dates; the price confirmed to you in writing is the price you pay.

3. Who may drive

The minimum age and minimum licence period are stated on every vehicle page and vary by category. The driver must present an original licence, held for the stated period, and an original passport or national identity card. Photocopies are not accepted. Additional drivers must be present and documented at handover.

4. Security deposit

A refundable deposit is required for every rental, in the amount stated on the vehicle page. It is taken by card pre-authorisation or in cash and released when the vehicle is returned in the condition it left in. Bank release times are outside our control.

5. Insurance and excess

Third-party liability insurance is included as required by Moroccan law. Collision damage waiver with an excess is included in the daily rate. The excess and the optional buy-down price are stated on each vehicle page. Tyres, glass, the underbody, the interior, lost keys and damage caused by driving on terrain not permitted for that vehicle are excluded from basic cover.

6. Fuel and charging

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank or a full charge and must be returned the same way. Otherwise we refuel at the pump price plus a 150 MAD service charge. Electric vehicles returned below 20 percent charge incur a 300 MAD recharging fee.

7. Mileage

The daily allowance is stated on each vehicle page and is averaged over the whole rental. Additional kilometres are charged at the rate shown on that page.

8. Where you may drive

All vehicles may be driven on surfaced public roads throughout Morocco. Unsurfaced roads are permitted only on vehicles where the page says so. Dune driving, river crossings, competitive driving and track use are prohibited on every vehicle and void all collision cover. Taking a vehicle out of Morocco requires our written permission and additional insurance.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Because nothing is paid in advance there is nothing to refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or failure to appear, may be charged at one day on luxury and premium vehicles.

10. Late return

A grace period of 59 minutes applies. Beyond that, each additional period is charged at the daily rate. Tell us if you are running late and we will almost always be flexible.

11. Fines and tolls

Traffic fines, parking charges and tolls incurred during your rental are your responsibility. Where an authority contacts us after your rental has ended, we will pass on the fine plus a 200 MAD administration fee.

12. Breakdown and accident

Call the assistance number on your rental agreement. In an accident you must obtain a police report (constat) before the vehicle is moved; without one, collision cover cannot be applied.

13. Liability

Our liability is limited to the provision of the vehicle. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed flights, missed connections or lost accommodation.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law and disputes fall to the courts of Casablanca.
