Who we are

Atlas Prestige Cars is a car rental company registered in Morocco, operating branches in Casablanca, Fes and Marrakesh. Our head office is at 12 Boulevard Zerktouni, Maarif, Casablanca.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to rent you a car.

• When you use the WhatsApp button: the vehicle, dates and price shown in the message are recorded in our own request log, together with the page you clicked from, your IP address and your browser type. We do not receive your phone number or your name until you actually send the message from within WhatsApp.
• When you use the contact form: your name, e-mail address, telephone number and message.
• When you rent a vehicle: your identity and licence details, as we are legally required to record them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.

WhatsApp

Conversations you have with us take place on WhatsApp and are subject to the WhatsApp and Meta privacy policies as well as our own. We keep those conversations for as long as the rental record requires and no longer.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, a PHP session cookie, which is required for the site to function and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep things

Request logs are kept for 24 months. Rental agreements and identity records are kept for the period required by Moroccan law. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally obliged to keep it. Write to the e-mail address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
